The new 2020 Nissan Sentra presented at the Los Angeles Auto Show
The recent Los Angeles Auto Show hosted several unveilings including the all-new 2020 Nissan Sentra. Completely redesigned, the new Nissan Sentra is more evolved in every way. It is more spacious, sportier and more dynamic than ever while offering new technologies and a completely redesigned interior from A to Z.
“Nissan offers a dynamic range of sedans for Canadian customers, said Steve Rhind, director of marketing at Nissan Canada Inc. Having sold more than six million Sentra vehicles in North America to date, we are confident that the 2020 model will reach new heights with unmatched finesse, quality, technology and performance. Its low stance and athletic lines inspired by the Maxima sports sedan give it a very attractive appearance."
Under the hood is an all-new 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 149 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque, a 20% increase over the old engine.
On the safety side, the new 2020 Nissan Sentra is entitled Nissan 360-Degree Safety Shield, a package that combines six sophisticated driver assistance systems including Intelligent Emergency Braking System with Pedestrian Detection, Intelligent Emergency Reverse Braking System and Headlights with high beam assist. In addition, the 2020 Sentra is fitted as standard with 10 airbags, rear door warning, intelligent frontal collision risk warning system and intelligent driver vigilance alert.
